Non-Returnable Items: Our ready to wear range are meticulously tailored according to your chosen size, style, fabric, and other specifications. Due to the personalised nature of these garments, we regret to inform you that they cannot be returned. Once an order is confirmed, production commences immediately, and alterations or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Quality Assurance: Each garment undergoes rigorous quality checks to meet our standards. However, if you happen to receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

Order Changes: We understand that mistakes can occasionally occur during the ordering process. If you have made an error in your during the order process, such as size or colour, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes before production begins.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order is confirmed, it proceeds to production immediately. For this reason cancellations are not guaranteed for our ready to wear range. We urge you to carefully review your order before finalising it to avoid discrepancies.
